TURN OFF AUTO-PAY ON A STORED CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
STEP 1: Click on the “Payment Plan” Tab and click the yellow button to “Toggle Off Auto Pay”. NOTE- This will delete the previously stored card from the system, so if you want to take one specific payment via another card/cash then do that on the specific payment and don’t press “Toggle Off Auto Pay”.
