Payments: Verify a Payment Was Captured

VERIFY A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT WAS CAPTURED

(1) ON THE OVERVIEW SCREEN

Click on the Credit Card Payment Bar and make sure you see “CAPTURED

(2) ON THE FINANCE TAB

Click on the “FINANCE” Tab and Click on the Credit Card Payment Bar to Confirm You See “CAPTURED

(3) IF YOU ARE A MANAGER- VERIFY A CREDIT/DEBIT PAYMENT WENT THROUGH THE THE “FINANCIAL DASHBOARD” ON THE “TRANSACTION” TAB

STEP 1: Click on the Hamburger Icon and Select “Financial Dashboard”

STEP 2: Select “TRANSACTIONS” Tab on the left and verify the payment

(4) IF YOU ARE A MANAGER- VERIFY A GENERAL PAYMENT PAGE PAYMENT ON THE FINANCIAL DASHBOARD

STEP 1: Click on the Hamburger Icon and Select “Financial Dashboard”
