HOW TO RESEND A SIMPLY BAIL LINK TO A DEFENDANT/INDEMNITOR
STEP 1:
Open the case and click on the Indemnitor tab (or Defendant tab) and then the “Actions”, and “Notify”. This will resend the link to the Indemnitor (if on Indemnitor tab) or Defendant (if on the Defendant Tab).
TIP: IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE INDEMNITOR MAKE SURE TO CLICK ON THE CORRECT INDEMNITOR ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE INDEMNITOR SCREEN BEFORE CLICKING “ACTIONS” AND THEN “NOTIFY”
STEP 2:
HOW DO I SEND THE LINK TO THE INDEMNITOR/DEFENDANT MYSELF IF THEY STILL DON’T GET IT?
STEP 3:
COPY THE URL AT THE TOP OF THE INDEMNITOR/DEFENDANT SCREEN. THIS IS THEIR LINK. THEN YOU CAN EMAIL IT TO THEM OR TEXT IT TO THEM YOURSELF DIRECTLY.
